Introduction to Digital Photography (ages 18+) 

Price: $100 (6 weeks)

Have you ever wanted to take better pictures with your current digital camera? Then, this course is for you. This course is designed for the hobby photographer. The basics of how to better utilize your camera for the perfect shot will be taught in this course. One class session will even cover mobile phone photography so bring your iPhone or Android phone as well. Your current digital camera, a jump drive, a pen/pencil, and paper are required for this class. If you have your camera's manual, it can help to bring it along.

Digital SLR Photography (ages 18+) 

Price: $150 (8 weeks)

Time: Saturdays 10am-12pm
Location: Trahern Building Room 212

Is your passion for photography more than just a hobby? Do you have a digital SLR (single lens reflex) camera and want to know more about it? This course is for you. The Digital SLR course is designed for the more serious photographer in mind. You will be taught by award-winning photographer Lois Jones on how to hone your skills through learning your camera, analyzing your work in and out of class, and excellent instruction. A digital SLR camera is required for this course as well as some prior knowledge of photography. However, beginning levels are welcome. You will need your digital SLR camera, a jump drive, a pen/pencil, and paper for this course. Cost of the course covers the printing of your photographs.
