Jewelry Making - (ages 16+)

Students will learn a variety of jewelry making techniques, common and uncommon materials, and proper use of tools.  Students learn jewelry making techniques by completing in class projects.  Each week will introduce new techniques and styles.  Students will be encouraged to create original jewelry pieces using a mix of the techniques learned.  This course introduces a wide variety of methods for project creation specifically chosen to eliminate the apprehension of the unfamiliar.  The basic kit of materials will create all the projects in the course.

Jewelry Making Workshop (ages 16+) Pharoah's Ring

The Pharaoh's Ring is a beautiful wire wrapped ring and features a lovely cabochan stone to recreate a personal treasure. Originally made as a man's ring, women have reworked the design for themselves. This right can last for generations and is a classic.

Basket Weaving Workshops (ages 16+)

Want your child to have an Easter basket that you made? Need something to carry those fall leaves in or grandma's famous pie? Each of the above workshops will teach you to create those and many more. Each workshop can be registered for separately but take them all for a full experience.

Floral Arranging/Wreath Making Workshops (ages 16+)

Decorating for the holidays and need some help? Want to learn how to make beautiful wreaths or spectacular centerpieces? Then these workshops are for you. Local florist Patty Davis will show you how to make some wonderful floral and wreath inspirations for each of the major holidays during the year. Some examples are below. Workshops can be taken separately.

The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the start of the course unless prior arrangements for additional payments have been made with the CSA office. Please indicate which course/ensemble/workshop you're choosing when making your deposit. You will be notified before the start date to pay your balance. 

*The deposit is non-refundable. In the event the chosen course/ensemble/workshop is canceled or does not meet enrollment requirements your deposit will be refunded.
