Have you ever heard the expression, "It is what it is" and want to cringe? Most of our anxiety comes from the struggle to accept life exactly the way it is and ourselves exactly as we are. In this group we will work through letting go of what we can't control and dive into the things that bring us meaning.The goal: "It is what it is....and it's ALL good!"
