Registration Methods

On Campus Courses

Online Registration

Online registration and payment is available in the course offerings portal.  Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.  The portal is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Registration is processed immediately.

In Person

You can register in person at the Center for Extended and Distance Education office located on the APSU main campus in the McReynolds Building, Room 119 or 118.  A campus map is available here.  We can accept cash, money order, check (made payable to APSU), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.  We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Registration is processed immediately. 

By Phone

You can register over the phone by calling The Center at 931-221-7816.  We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards only.  We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Registration is processed immediately. 

By Fax

Please print and complete the Registration Form and fax to The Center at 931-221-7748.  The "Payment Method" section on the form must be completed with your valid credit or debit card information.  We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  You are welcome to fax registration requests at any time; however, they will only be processed Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Registration requests received via fax will be processed within one business day.*

By Mail

Please print and complete the Registration Form.  In the "Payment Method" section, note your form of payment.  We can accept checks or money orders (made payable to APSU) as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.  For credit or debit card, please fill out the remainder of the "Payment Method" section with your valid card information.  Otherwise, please enclose the check or money order.  Please do not mail cash.  Seal the form and payment in an envelope and mail to the address below.  Registration requests received via mail will be processed within one business day after delivery.*

*Faxed and mailed registrations will be posted on the date they are received.  Payments should reach The Center no less than three business days prior to the start date of the course in order for your registration request to receive full consideration for admission into the course.  Please keep this in mind when choosing your payment method. 

Online Courses

Registration for online courses is processed online directly through the program.  Please go to our Course Offerings page, select the online program you are interested in, and explore the course catalog.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 931-221-7816 or exted@apsu.edu
 
Please note: For Instructor-Led Courses, you can register online but cannot currently make online payments.  After you register, you will receive an email reminder.  You will need to pay over the phone, in person, through the mail, or via fax.  The details for each are listed below.  A representative from our office will also follow up with you regarding payment.
