Practice will be held on May 9, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. in the Dunn Center. Participation in practice is highly encouraged.
At 10:00 a.m.,Friday, May 10, 2013, the candidates for degrees from the College of Arts & Letters, College of Science & Mathematics, and School of Technology and Public Management will participate in commencement exercises.
At 2.pm., Friday, May 10, 2013, the candidates for degrees from the College of Behavioral & Health Sciences, College of Business, and College of Education will participate in commencement exercises.
Students who have filed for graduate degrees will participate in the commencement ceremony for the college that houses the academic program.
General parking for commencement ceremonies is located in the Foy Fitness Center lot off of Drane Street. Handicapped-accessible parking is located on the west side of the Dunn Center off of Robb Avenue.

The Department of Communication films and produces a DVD of each commencement ceremony. You may order a copy of your commencement ceremony on DVD by filling out the Graduation DVD Order Form.
Depending on the number of graduates, the ceremony lasts anywhere between one to one one-half hours.
Many instructions for graduation candidates can be found within this Commencement Instructions document. Tassels should be worn on the right side of your cap. You will be instructed as to where you will sit during commencement practice.
Degree candidates who wish to have graduation information released to their hometown newspaper must complete a form on APSU's Web site for that information to be sent.
Also, students who believe they are eligible for the Dean's List would like to have this academic accomplishment released to their hometown newspaper must complete a separate form. Shortly after the completion of each semester, the Office of the Registrar will have a complete list of students who achieved the Dean’s List.
Lists of both graduation candidates and Dean's List scholars will be sent automatically to The Leaf-Chronicle in Clarksville. Use the Web links below to complete the appropriate form if you want a hometown newspaper to be notified. Forms must be completed in their entirety.
