Graduation Checklist

Have you checked your current degree evaluation?  If not, log on to your AP One Stop account, go to the Web Self Service tab, click on to the Student tab, click on Student Records, then Degree Evaluation.  Make sure everything is listing correctly. If not, see your advisor.

  If everything is correct on your degree evaluation, go to http://www.apsu.edu/registrar/application-degree and fill out your application for degree.  Remember Deadline is February 22, 2017

  Have you turned in all paperwork for substitutions if needed?  If not, see your advisor.

√  Have you signed up for your senior exit exam?  If not, contact Institutional Research at (931) 221-6184.

  Do you owe any money to the university?  If so, contact the Bursar Office at (931) 221-6285.

  Have you paid your graduation fees?  If not, do so at the Bursar Office

  Invitations and announcements can be purchased through the AP Bookstore.

Complete the graduation survey at the following link: http://studentvoice.com/apsu/1stdestinationsurveyforgraduatesmay2015

Once you have completed all items above and paid for your fees, take your receipt from paying the graduation fees to the AP Bookstore to pick up your cap and gown.
