The
committee will review all issues related to the
functional use of the Banner system. In
particular, the committee is responsible for
establishing the acceptable formats for shared
elements and produces a manual to be used by
departments as a reference and training document.
The committee makes decisions related to the
addition, deletion, or change of use of data
elements in the Banner system. The committee
also establishes minimum standards for granting
update access for the various modules and elements
and will review and make suggestions on training
manuals for the various modules. Any appeal of a
decision of the committee must go to the president
of the university. |
