The On-Campus recruitment program allows an employer to schedule and conduct on-campus interviews with Austin Peay State University students and alumni. On-campus recruiting allows you to pre-select students that most closely match the needs of your organization and provides a centralized time and place for interviewing.
Highlights of On-Campus Recruiting
On-Campus recruiting takes place each Fall and Spring Semester
The pre-identification system allows employers to review a pool of candidates ahead of time to ensure skills and abilities that best meet the needs of their organization.
Interviewing takes place on campus at the Career Resource Center in the Morgan University Center, Room 210.

Interviewing Process
You can obtain a registration form by clinking below on Registration Form or call the Career Resource Center and we will mail a Recruiting Information Form to your organization. The Recruiting Information Form should completed your organization and returned to the Career Resource Center. The information furnished on this form will be used to inform the students and promote the visit.
After reviewing the resumes of the pool of applicants, the organization selects one student of each interview time slot. A schedule typically runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and consists of 30-minute time slots.
