On-Campus Recruiting Registration Online Form

On-campus recruiting for Spring Semester 2012 runs from January 23 to April 24.  Recruiting is unavailable during class holidays and certain special events.  The following blackout dates are in effect.  Please take them into account when completing your registration.

March 5-9            Spring Break

April 6                 Good Friday

Remember, even if you are unable to find a recruiting date that meets your needs, you can take advantage of our job listing or resume referral service anytime.  Simply e-mail, fax, mail or phone your request and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.

You can combine activities during your visit, but please outline specialized schedules in the space provided later in this form.
For interviews, Career Services will schedule candidates that match your requirements as closely as possible. Resumes will be forwarded to you 48 hours prior to your visit. Do you prefer to receive resumes by e-mail or fax?
You may set up anytime between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are usually best. For interviews, candidates will be scheduled every 30 minutes with a one hour lunch unless you request otherwise.

The following are automatically provided when you submit your OCR request:

Table Set Ups- table and two chairs in the University Center

Interviews- private room with a table and chairs.  Outlets are available.

*Presentations- private room with chairs for an audience.  Outlets are available.  AV hookup is available upon request. (Based on availability)

For security reasons, we cannot provide computers or access to the secure APSU campus network. If you need internet service, please bring an time card from a commercial provider.

Please review the following information carefully before submitting your registration.  Make sure you read understand the rules and regulations for on-campus recruiting at APSU.

Employers with career, internship and co-operative education opportunities may participate in on-campus recruiting at Austin Peay State University.  Pyramid companies and companies that charge start-up fees are NOT eligible to participate.

By selecting "I agree" you confirm that you are an eligible participant, and you agree to comply with the rules and regulations for on-campus recruiting at Austin Peay State University.  Failure to comply may result in your recruiting date being cancelled and your company being prevented from taking advantage of further opportunities offered by APSU Career Services.
