 SET UP
Set up is from 8:30 - 10 a.m.  Please give yourself enough time to park, take the shuttle to campus and check in.

Each employer is provided a table and two chairs.  Other accommodations may be available upon request.  Please specify if you need access to an outlet, extension cords, extra chairs, etc.  For security reasons, we cannot provide computers or access to the secure APSU network.  If you need internet service, many phone service providers sell cards that allow you to access the web via their cell network.

I need an outlet for my booth (outlets may be up to 6 feet away from booth).

PAYMENT

Registration Fee
$90 per organization.  This fee includes lunch for two people.  Additional lunches are available for an extra charge.  The $90 fee also covers beverage service, free parking and shuttle, Career Fair advertising and overhead.

Payment can be made by check or credit card.  Unless otherwise requested,
receipts will be provided in registration packets.  No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.

Employers with career, internship and co-operative education opportunities may participate in APSU’s Annual Career Fair.  Pyramid companies and companies that charge start-up fees are NOT eligible to participate.
