been approved by the guarantee agency. When your actual loan funds
arrive, you will be notified. You may also look
at your student account via
OneStop to determine if your funds have arrived.
Confirmation of Classes
Confirmation is necessary to prevent your classes from
being dropped. Even if your account shows a zero
or credit balance, you must complete the confirmation
process to retain your classes. See
step by step
instructions by clicking on this link.
Balance
Checks
See
Academic
Calendar on Registrar's site for dates that direct deposits and

Cancellation and Withdrawal
Non attendance does not relieve you of your financial
obligation or entitle you to a refund.
Students
who have confirmed or validated their registrations must officially
withdraw from the university if they decide not to attend APSU.
The charges on
your bill remain your obligation unless you properly
withdraw from the University. If you withdraw before
the first day of class, you will not incur tuition liability. After that, you
will be held responsible for the charges in accordance with
the refund schedule.
Discount
Forms
Discount forms must be submitted by
the last day of Late Registration. Students receiving Financial Aid Deferments must turn discount
forms in to the Business Office Cashier window by the
last day of Late Registration. A new form is required for each term. The fee
discount program is not retroactive.

Fee Payments
For fee payment, refund, withdrawal and late
registration dates see the "Important
Dates" on the Registrar's site.
Failure to enroll for the number of hours indicated on your Financial
Aid Application will result in your Financial Aid award not appearing on
your fee statement.
Summer
Fees
Summer Fees will be calculated on a per credit
hour charge with no maximum for a full-time student.
Tuition
Refunds
Tuition refund calculations will begin 4-6 weeks
after the first day of classes. If a student has not signed up for
direct deposit, refund checks will be mailed. Students should confirm their mailing address
through OneStop.

Satisfactory Academic Progress Guidelines
If
you violate Satisfactory Academic Progress Guidelines, you
will be notified by financial aid. Your financial aid award WILL NOT be
