Peay State University. We are excited to offer you this
hassle free way to receive credit balances from the
University.
What is Direct Deposit?
When your student account shows a credit balance due to
financial aid proceeds, scholarships, loans, drop or
withdrawal credits, housing refunds, etc.,
the University can directly deposit these proceeds into
your checking or savings account.
Who is eligible for Direct Deposit?
Any student with a valid credit balance who has
completed a direct deposit authorization form.
What are the benefits of Direct Deposit?
You avoid waiting in long lines during registration, you
save a trip to the bank, you are immediately notified by
AP Web mail when your proceeds have been shipped to your
bank, and you can verify that the money is in your
account by calling your bank.
How do I apply for Direct Deposit?
Print and follow the instructions for completing the
direct deposit form found here:

You may also pick up an authorization form at the
Cashier window in the Browning Building.
Before returning the form, please read it carefully and
be sure that all information is correct.
Please note: This form cannot be completed
and submitted on line. you can fax it
