STRATEGIC PROFILE
In the College of Business the curriculum is intended to capitalize on students’ firm grounding in liberal arts, as well as to establish a thorough understanding of the relationship between theory and practice within the business discipline. Programs of study are regularly reviewed in concert with a variety of constituents to explore the appropriateness and feasibility of new offerings. The research emphasis is primarily applied and instructional. Such efforts are expected to influence teaching. The College’s commitment to service includes contributions to the disciplines, the University, and the community, and offering additional opportunities for enhanced instruction and applied research.
