General Business is intended to provide students with a broad academic foundation in business administration plus an area of emphasis within or outside the department. Diversity of background provided through flexibility of the concentration opens career opportunities in business, government, and not-for-profit sectors, and prepares them to pursue a professional or graduate degree. The General Business concentration is a good option for the student wanting to experience a broader range of varied business disciplines.
