Beta membership at Austin Peay State University. Once an
application is received, it is the student's
responsibility to submit either
a "Unofficial transcript" or "Degree Audit" (both of which are
available thru the AP Self Service located on the APSU
Home Page) to the Department of
Biology Office (SSC D125) with
Attention: Dr.
Chad Brooks, TriBeta Advisor.
Qualified
applicants will be inducted into the Eta Pi Chapter of Beta
Beta Beta during the Annual Induction Banquet held each Spring
Semester. The name given on this form will be used to create
your membership certificate. Dues for
active and graduate membership are
$45.00
($35 for an associate membership) and are payable
before the date of the Annual
Induction Banquet. Included in this fee is a
National Beta Beta Beta Biological Honors
Society Life time Induction Fee, Local Eta Pi Chapter
lifetime induction fee, graduation honors cord, and a two year
subscription to the journal BIOS. Your subscription to BIOS
will be sent to the Eta Pi Chapter for campus distribution.
