SUNGARD Customer Support Center

APSU Functional & Technical users should setup an account at the Sungard Customer Support Center.  You can look up errors in the Sungard Knowledge Base & documentation as well as submit service requests. The accounts are free for Sungard customers.

After you have an account, you can ‘Submit a Service Request’.  (UDC is the old name)
