The APSU Post Office operates as a full service Post Office with the exception of we do not make passports. We process all United States Postal Service (USPS) incoming and outgoing mail and packages, as well as on-campus and department mail. Any non USPS mail or packages for students who have a PO Box is delivered to us also.
APSU Post Office sells stamps, stamped envelopes, postal money orders (cash only on money orders).
Mail services the APSU Post Office also provides are as follows: Priority mail, Priority Express mail, 1st class, Media, International mailing, USPS Tracking, Certified mail, Return Receipt, Signature Confirmation, Insured mail, Certificate of mailing, Registered mail.
APSU Post Office has a variety of Priority and Priority Express boxes and envelopes.
Most USPS mail is in PO Boxes by 9am, but mail drop offs are done throughout the day. On campus mail is distributed to the PO Boxes as it comes in and never requires postage.
Mail slots are located beside the gate near the PO boxes and are for stamped mail, metered mail and on-campus communications. USPS mail is picked up each day between 3:15 and 3:30.
APSU Post Office is now accepting PREPAID - FEDX, UPS, and DHL. You can drop the package off at APSU Post Office and it will be picked up and taken to Central Receiving the afternoon it is received and picked up by the carrier the next business day. No scanning of the tracking numbers on the packages will be done at APSU Post Office or at Central Receiving. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. APSU Post Office and Central receiving will not have that information.
APSU Post Office accepts as payment: Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Cards.
