Terminal is an on-line gallery sponsored by the Department of Art and the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts at Austin Peay State University to showcase and examine internet and new media art.

The site is directed and maintained by Barry Jones, Associate Professor of Art at Austin Peay State University.

The first exhibition was launched on 10.29.07 and corresponded with a gallery exhibition in the Trahern Gallery on the campus of APSU.

Each year four artists are selected to receive Terminal Awards to aid in the creation of new internet art works ( art intended to be viewed / experienced on the internet )
