“This title change reflects the reality that students at Austin Peay are receiving an in-depth exposure to major areas within the field of I-O psychology and not simply pursuing a general psychology program,” said Dr. David Denton, dean of the APSU College of Behavioral and Health Sciences and an I-O psychologist. “This change will raise the visibility of the program for potential employers, and thus enhance the job prospects of our graduates.”
