US Bank-APSU partnership features multi-use campus ID card

Austin Peay State University has selected US Bank as its campus bank-card partner.
With two ATMs operating on campus by fall, US Bank will provide the banking functionality for the Universitys multi-use identification card, the Govs Card.

The Govs Card provides official campus identification and a variety of conveniences, including use of the student recreation center, fitness center and vending machines, and admittance to residence halls.

For cardholders who also choose to open an account at US Bank, the Govs Card will double as their ATM card, both on and off campus. Two new ATMs will be installed on campus in Augustin the Morgan University Center and in the Harvill Building.

“The US Bank team is proud of this new partnership with APSU,” said Stephen Kemmer, US Bank community president. “Besides providing the banking functionality for the Govs Card and having two ATMs on campus, we also look forward to meeting with students, faculty and staff who are interested in the products and services available from US Bank.”

Joyce Norris, senior community banking officer for US Bank, will conduct free financial literacy seminars on campus during the upcoming academic year.
