According to Bryan D. Huffman, SGA president, the students are asking the community to join with them to “white out” the game. The SGA took a cue from other schools whose fans have worn white on national television.

Huffman said, “This nationally televised event offers an opportunity to really promote a positive relationship between Austin Peay and Clarksville.”

Dr. Sherryl Byrd, associate vice president for student affairs, has seen another university “white out” a game. She says a sea of white on a television screen makes a tremendous impact.
