Dr. Carlette Hardin, Dr. Ann Harris, both professors in the School of Education, and Ann Wall from the School of Education, recently presented "On-line Training for Cooperating Teachers" at the Association for Teacher Educators Conference in Santa Fe, N.M.

Dr. Allen Henderson, professor of music and departmental chair, was elected governor of the Mid-South Region of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. The region includes the states of Tennessee and Kentucky. As governor he serves on the board of the national organization and coordinates activities within the region.

Dr. Karen Kenaston-French, director of choral activities, has been selected as conductor of the Tennessee Mid-State Women's Chorus for 2004.
