Amy Deaton, assistant director of admissions, was elected president-elect of the Tennessee Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Organization Association for the upcoming year.

Also, Sally Allen, admissions manager, was elected secretary-treasurer.

Kelvin Rutledge, Charytin Camacho and Jessica Jordan, students with High School Upward Bound, were the three finalists in the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity essay contest held recently.
