Everyday Matters, a column by Amy Ritchart, featured the Clarksville Writers Conference (co-sponsored by APSU and the Arts and Heritage Development Council) June 15 in The Leaf-Chronicle.

“Everyday Matters,” a column by Amy Ritchart, featured the Clarksville Writers Conference (co-sponsored by APSU and the Arts and Heritage Development Council) June 15 in The Leaf-Chronicle.

“Group pushes Clarksville as host city of conventions,” an article that mentioned APSU's African American Cultural Center and Morgan University Center as convention locations, made The Leaf-Chronicle's “Business” section June 15.

“Sneak peek of university life gives students vision of future” was featured on the front page of The Leaf-Chronicle's “Local” section June 16. The story on APSU's ASTAR program offered comments from ASTAR Director Penny Gregory and Assistant Director Meda Rollings.

“APSU honors university's most outstanding philosophy major,” a story on the Nathan Dempsey Outstanding Philosophy Major Award, appeared in The Leaf-Chronicle's “College Update” June 16. The story offered comments from Dempsey's mother, Dr. Susan Koch, associate professor of accounting.

“Recognizing 2004-05 Leadership” was featured on the cover of the Chamber Journal, the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce's monthly newsletter. The article pictured Dr. Carmen Reagan, first vice chair and vice chair of workforce development at the Chamber as well as director of leadership studies and professor of marketing at APSU.

“Business taxes seminar, workshop” was listed in The Leaf-Chronicle's “Regional Roundup” June 19.

“Glamour Girl: APSU woman named to magazine's top 22 list,” a profile of student Tamira Cole, made the front page of The Leaf-Chronicle's “Local” section June 20. The story quoted APSU President Sherry Hoppe.

“Cole serves as role model: APSU student lands a spot in magazine's top 25 women” was the topic of The Leaf-Chronicle's editorial June 21.

“APSU updating computers to adjust to students' lives” was featured on the front page of The Leaf-Chronicle's “Local” section June 22. The story offered comments from Al Irby, assistant vice president for business and Banner project director.

Montgomery County students honored during APSU's Student Organization and Leader Awards ceremony were listed in The Leaf-Chronicle's “APSU Spotlight” June 22.

“University heads to be paid partly on performance” made the front page of The Leaf-Chronicle's “Local” section June 24.

Two APSU scholarship recipients were featured in The Leaf-Chronicle's “APSU Spotlight” June 26.
