Austin Peay's 43rd Annual Mid-South Jazz Festival is featured in the event lineup for Clarksville's second annual Rivers and Spires Festival. The festival takes place April 15-17 in the music/mass communication building concert theatre. The event schedule appeared in the January edition of the Rivers & Spires Newsletter.
