The first half of the program features the Chamber Singers and a chamber orchestra selected from the APSU Symphony, performing “Magnificat” by Vivaldi. The second half of the concert features the Show Choir, a new choir at APSU, performing jazzy arrangements of holiday songs. The University Choir, which has 80 members, will end the concert with performances of traditional holiday favorites.

The Holiday Choral Concert is the best way to get into the holiday spirit, Kenaston-French said. “The program will have something for everyone, from Vivaldi's joyful Baroque setting of the song of the Virgin Mary to ‘The Christmas Song' and other familiar tunes.”
