Hispanic Cultural Center offers ‘Cooking Cuban Cuisine'

APSUs Hispanic Cultural Center presents a food demonstration, Cooking Cuban Cuisine, by Susan Vineta at 3 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 10, in the University Center, room 120.

Vineta says, I will be making picadillo and morro, very traditional for a Cuban meal. The purpose of this demonstration is to show the APSU community that not all Hispanic food is Mexican or even closely resembling Mexican food.

The demonstration is free and open to the public.
