Enjoy Oct. 23 concert by the APSU Symphony Orchestra

APSUs department of music, in conjunction with the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts, presents a concert by the Symphony Orchestra at 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 23, in the concert hall of the music/mass communication building.

Under the direction of Dr. Gregory Wolynec, the concert will feature piano adjunct faculty member and director of the Community School of the Arts, Elizabeth Wolynec.

Works will include Weber's “Overture to Der Freischutz,” Richard Strauss' “Burleske for Piano and Orchestra” and the first two movements from Smetana's “Ma Vlast,” (My Homeland).
