Counseling offers free February workshops

The Office of Counseling, Testing and Career Services is launching a free series of workshops next month.

According to Dr. Lowell Roddy, assistant director, the office is providing the following workshops in February:

•Study Skills will teach students the basics of taking great notes and making the most of their study time at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 3, and noon, Wednesday, Feb. 4.
•Stress Management will demonstrate stress-relieving techniques (just in time for mid-terms) at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10, and noon, Wednesday, Feb. 11. The Office of Counseling, Testing and Career Services is launching a free series of workshops next month.

•“Test Anxiety” meets at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 17, and noon, Wednesday, Feb. 18.
•“Time Management Workshop” meets at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 24, and noon, Wednesday, Feb. 25.
