Belmont has drafted a 10-year plan to double its size by buying homes around the campus to build new dorms and classrooms. Expansion plans also include creating an arts and entertainment district along Belmont Boulevard, redeveloping existing buildings and completing a grand entrance to the campus from Wedgewood Avenue and Magnolia Boulevard.
