Austin Peay grooves to the blues Feb. 6

Austin Peay presents the Julius Bradley Band as part of the African American History Month celebration. The Memphis-based blues band will perform from 8-10:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 6, at Java City, located in APSUs Morgan University Center.

[We] chose to have the Julius Bradley Band at APSU, because we have not had this genre of music at the University in recent years, says Blanche Wilson, director of the Office of Student Life and Leadership. We often overlook our local talents, but this is a time for Tennessee to shine.
