The men's team posted a sixth-place finish in their nine-team field. They finished ahead of OVC members Tennessee State and Tennessee-Martin while placing one spot behind Tennessee Tech. Both teams return to action next Saturday at the Evansville Invitational, their final warm-up before returning to Martin for the 2004 OVC Championships, Oct. 30.
