Assistance sought for faculty member who experienced home fire

April 9, 2003

The home belonging to Dr. James Sanders, assistant professor in the Developmental Studies Program, burned Sunday, March 9. Sanders sustained burns on his hands, feet and abdomen trying to extinguish the fire, but no one else was injured.

Family members lost most of their personal property; none was insured. Members of the campus community who want to donate funds to help the Sanders family may do so through the James H. Sanders Family Fund at the Bank of America, 215 Legion St., Clarksville, Tenn. 37040, or at any of the branch offices.
