Art department to present senior show

The Austin Peay State University Department of Art will present a student art exhibit.
Rachel McFall, who plans to graduate in December, will exhibit a showcase of her illustrations in an exhibit, titled Particle.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be 5-7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 23 at the Smith-Trahern Mansion, Clarksville.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be 5-7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 23 at the Smith-Trahern Mansion, Clarksville.

McFall will exhibit several illustrations, arranged through her undergraduate study. “Particle” is separated into Particle A and Particle B. Particle A features a series of storybook-like illustrations, while Particle B demonstrates pop culture acrylic illustrations.

McFall's exhibit also will be open 5-9 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24 and noon-4 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25.
