APSU presents Wind Ensemble concert

Austin Peay State Universitys Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts and the department of music present a concert by the Wind Ensemble.

The concert, under the direction of Dr. Gregory Wolynec, director of bands and guest conductor, Andrea Brown, assistant director of bands, will begin at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 13, in APSUs music/mass communication building concert hall.

The program is comprised of classic and contemporary pieces and will include works by Gordon Jacob, Michael Daugherty, William Schuman, Dmitri Shostakovich and Dmitri Kabalevsky.
