APSU to host the 36TH Annual TAHPERD State Convention

Austin Peay State University is hosting the 36th annual Tennessee Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (TAHPERD) State Convention.

It will be held 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Dunn Center and Memorial Health Building (The Red Barn).

More than 65 health, physical education and lifetime wellness sessions are planned for the three-day event, which will feature numerous noted speakers from among several state, district and national Teacher of the Year award-winners.
