APSU employees pledge $27,472 to help ‘Build a Brighter Tomorrow'

The 2005 TBR Employees Charitable Campaign, Build a Brighter Tomorrow, concluded Friday, Nov. 18 with an appreciation coffee break and denim day for contributors. Under the leadership of Mary Moseley, 2005 campaign chair, more than 100 employees contributed $27,472, exceeding this years goal of $24,000 and last years contributions of $21,898.
The 2005 TBR Employees Charitable Campaign, “Build a Brighter Tomorrow,” concluded Friday, Nov. 18 with an appreciation coffee break and denim day for contributors. Under the leadership of Mary Moseley, 2005 campaign chair, more than 100 employees contributed $27,472, exceeding this year's goal of $24,000 and last year's contributions of $21,898.

At the appreciation coffee break, APSU President Sherry Hoppe thanked the employees who participated and noted that the contributions support organizations that provide an array of services to individuals in the Middle Tennessee area, including APSU employees and family members.

In addition to the denim day and coffee break, a drawing was conducted for dinner and a movie for two, donated by Chili's and the Great Escape. The winner of the drawing was Dr. Diane Berty, interim associate vice president for student affairs.
