Staff in Austin Peay State University's Office of Student Affairs announced that 38 students have been selected for inclusion in the 2006 edition of “Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.”

This year's honorees are Dominick P. Aponte, Sandra M. Beech, Kumsun Bratcher, Starr R. Brewer, Rhoan O. Campbell, John T. Cecil, Patsy A. Cheatham, Angela M. Collier, Betsy E. Crane, Wendy L. Edmondson, Crystal D. Farmer, Caitlin J. Gibson, Joyce L. Gonzales, Stephanie C. Hewlett, Michelle L. Hill, Theresa A. Holonich, Kenneth J. Howell, Amanda J. Hummel, Shay N. Hutchings, Lisa D. Leonard, Jerresa P. Lewis, Paul A. Maizan, Lisa D. Mayo, Christopher S. McMahan, Deana M. Miles, Melissa D. Nelson, Misty G. Perras, Elizabeth D. Pruiett, Jordan B. Richardson, Justin D. Roman, Feras R. Sadik, Casey W. Sasser, Corrina J. Schmidt, Candy C. Smith, William B. Turner, Brianna M. Venable, Susan A. Vineta and Marion M. Wood.

Students were selected by campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory. The selection process is based on a student's academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
