Come hear retired APSU professors Joe Filippo and Allene Phy-Olsen compare Shakespeare the dramatist with Shakespeare the lyric poet. Tuesday, Sept. 27, the Maynard Bldg., Room 242, from 7-8:15 p.m. They will include commentary on Shakespeare’s continuing popularity across a wide literary realm, and the elusiveness of exact information about his personal life. Free and open to the public.

A strategy session on the Model United Nations (UN) program will be held on Monday, Sept. 26 from 3-4 p.m. in MUC 305. The program is a combination of credit and extra-curricular activities in which students typically role-play delegates to the UN and simulate UN committees. ALL students are invited to attend this session sponsored by Department of Political Science.
