Description: 
Interested in improving balance & core strength while decreasing pain & joint stiffness? Then the Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi program is for you. This ancient practice is safe, easy to learn, & suitable for everyone. This course will improve your mental & physical well-being! The class runs Tues 5-6pm from Mar 18 to April 29.
