Distinguished Alumni Awards Nomination Form

The Austin Peay National Alumni Association needs your assistance. We are continuously seeking nominations for our three prestigious awards presented each year during Homecoming. • Outstanding Service Award
  The Austin Peay State University National Alumni Association established the Outstanding Service Award to give special recognition to individuals who, through fund raising, recruiting, advocacy or faithful service have brought honor and distinction to Austin Peay State University. This award, which may be given to an individual who is not an alumnus/a, represents the highest honor conferred upon alumni and friends of the University.

• Outstanding Young Alumnus/a Award
  The Outstanding Young Alumnus/a Award is given to a graduate of Austin Peay State University who is age 42 or younger. It recognizes outstanding accomplishments in one’s profession, business, community, state or nation, that have brought a high level of honor and pride to the University.

• Outstanding Alumnus/a Award
  The Outstanding Alumnus/a Award is given to a graduate of Austin Peay State University. It recognizes outstanding accomplishments in one’s profession, business, community, state or nation, that have brought a high level of honor and pride to the University.

Recipients are selected by a committee of alumni and University representatives who screen nominations received from alumni and friends.
