My favorite thing about Clarksville is…

The amazing places to eat. Clarksville has several locally owned restaurants, each one offering something very unique that you can’t get anywhere else.

What makes APSU different from any other school?  

The size. APSU is small enough where you can get all the one on one attention that you need, but big enough to still be diverse and have plenty of things to do. Austin Peay host concerts, movie nights, mud bowl, and all sorts of great events. Plus, we have tons of student organizations. Whether you’re planning to join a fraternity/ sorority, play intermurals, join SGA, or be involved in one of our many other organizations, APSU has something to offer you.  

My favorite Austin Peay tradition/memory…

The basketball games. APSU’s basketball games are amazing! Our basketball team has won the OVC championship several times. I love going to the games and sharing all the “Peay Pride.”

The number one thing I encourage future students to do/check out is...

I would encourage students to visit our campus. You can set up a tour or come to an AP day. There are so many ways to tour our campus and see for yourself how great Austin Peay really is.

The thing I most enjoy about working in Admissions is…

I really love meeting new people and working with high school students. Choosing a college/university is a big decision and I really like helping students with that process.

Anything else I want you to know…

I love, love, LOVE music. I always have a song stuck in my head so don’t be surprised if you start hearing me hum or sing out loud.
