Congratulations on your acceptance to Austin Peay State University! This Web site is intended to help guide you through the next steps of enrolling at Austin Peay.
 
STEP 1

Apply for Scholarships

To be considered for all scholarships at Austin Peay, students should complete the Online Scholarship Application.  For more information on scholarships, please visit http://www.apsu.edu/scholarships.

   
STEP 2 Apply for Financial Aid

To be considered for all other types of financial aid at Austin Peay, students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  For more information on financial aid, please visit http://www.apsu.edu/financialaid/.
   
STEP 3 Apply for Housing

All freshmen who do not commute from the home of a parent or legal guardian are required to live in the University residence halls.  All freshmen must complete a Housing Application at http://www.apsu.edu/housing/Applications/Housing2006_07.pdf to live on campus OR a Residency Exception Form at http://www.apsu.edu/housing/Residency%20Exemption%20Form.061507.pdf to live off campus.
   
STEP 4 Submit your Medical Forms

All first-time, readmitting, and graduate students entering Austin Peay must provide proof of two immunizations of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccines, via a Certificate of Immunization.  Students who have graduated from a Tennessee high school after 1998 or were born before Jan. 1, 1957 are not required to provide proof of immunizations.  For more information on immunization requirements, please visit http://www.apsu.edu/healthservices/MMR.htm.
   
STEP 5 Learn About Registering for Classes and Orientation

All new freshmen and transfer students must attend Summer or Winter Welcome, an advising and registration session. 
All first time, full time freshmen are also required to attend the Freshman Orientation.
   
STEP 6 Submit your Final Transcript
If you attended high school or college during the last term, the Admissions Office needs your final transcript.  Please ask your School Counselor or Registrar to send your final transcript to:  APSU, Office of Admissions, PO Box 4548, Clarksville, TN 37044.
