All first-time, readmitting, and
graduate students entering Austin Peay
must provide proof of two immunizations
of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
vaccines, via a Certificate of
Immunization.
Students who have graduated from a
Tennessee high school after 1998 or were
born before Jan. 1, 1957 are not
required to provide proof of

All new freshmen and transfer students
must attend Summer
or Winter Welcome, an
advising and registration session.
All first time, full time
freshmen are also required to attend the
Freshman Orientation.

Submit your Final Transcript If you attended high school
or college during the last term, the
Admissions Office needs your final
transcript. Please ask your School
Counselor or Registrar to send your
final transcript to: APSU, Office of
Admissions, PO Box 4548, Clarksville, TN
37044.
