Peer Tutoring

The Academic Support Center provides FREE tutoring to APSU students.

  • Students may click here to request a scheduled time with a tutor.
  • Students may also visit one of our locations on a walk-in basis.
  • Students should call 931-221-6550 to determine availability of tutors for specific subjects.

The Academic Support Center also forwards requests for a tutor from people who are not affiliated with the university to people who have expressed an interest in tutoring.

Military members and their dependants may recieve free online assistance 24/7 from tutor.com in addition to the support they receive from APSU.

Non-APSU students: The Academic Support Center also forwards requests for a tutor from people who are not affiliated with the university to people who have expressed an interest in tutoring. This becomes a private arrangement. The university will not be held liable in any way for any actions of such private arrangements.

People desiring to be a Tutor:

  • If you wish to tutor for the Academic Support Center, use the General Campus Student Position link on Human Resources webpage (call us for more information).  
  • If you wish to tutor students on a non-affiliated basis, use this link to be added to the Non-Affiliated Tutor list.
