The APSU Alumni Association Distinguished Professor Award is awarded to the faculty member who has shown exemplary professional performance, with an emphasis on teaching.  

Richard M. Hawkins Award
2012 Recipient - Dr. Kevin Harris
The faculty member who receives the Richard M. Hawkins Award will have made noteworthy contributions to scholarship or creative activity.  

Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Faculty Award for Community Service
2012 Recipient - Dr. Tim Winters
The Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Faculty Award for Commnity Service is based on service to the greater Clarksville community, with emphasis placed on contributions that have enhanced, or will enhance, the quality of life in the Clarksville/Montgomery County area. 

Socrates Award
2012 Recipients - Dr. Lisa O'Dear Lewis, Dr. Jeannette Zyko,
and Dr. Christopher Gentry
The Socrates Award is given to tenure-track faculty who have been judged to be outstanding classroom teachers.
