Welcome to the Office of the Registrar Web site. Our
goal is to provide prompt and courteous services to you, our
students, faculty, staff, alumni and community.
The
Office of the
Registrar,
located in the Ellington Building, maintains student
academic records (courses, grades, GPA, transcripts, course
substitutions, change of majors, etc.)
and coordinates registration. We offer a variety of
student services, including: registration assistance,
verification of enrollment, loan deferments, transcript
services, address and official name changes, questions
related to graduation and course
transfer equivalency.

*Earned hours DO NOT include the courses in which you are
currently registered for or any developmental (DSP) course
work.
Example1: At the end of Spring or Summer you
had 44 earned hours (no DSP hours). You are currently
registered for 12 hours; you would register on Nov 18.
(44 earned hrs - 0 DSP hrs = 44 earned hrs)
Example 2: At the end of Spring or Summer you had
44 earned hours (6 DSP hours). You are currently
registered for 15 hours; you would register Nov 19.
(44 earned hrs - 6 DSP hrs = 38 earned hrs)
**Readmit students who have completed all readmission
requirements can preregister beginning Nov. 22, 2008.
