Housing Pre-Payment
Every academic year, you must pay a $200 prepayment to secure your room
reservation. The prepayment is credited to your account and reduces your housing
expense by $200. Your housing application is not complete until you submit your
prepayment.
How to Pay

You may also pay in person at the Business Office in APSU’s Browning Building
or send a check made payable to APSU to:

Please write your name and student ID number on the check. Your student ID
number begins with the letter “A” and is followed by eight digits.
Prepayment Refunds
Prepayment is refunded only if:
- We receive your cancellation for the fall term before July 1.
- We receive your cancellation for the spring term before Nov. 1.
- We receive notification, in writing, from a licensed physician that
says you are unable to enter the University for medical reasons.
- Residence hall space is not available.
- The applicant passes away.
