A Co-Educational Residence

Two Rivers is a co-educational fully furnished apartment complex. The double occupancy apartments (Virtual Room Tour) are furnished with a full kitchen and ample closet space. Each apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a full kitchen, fully controllable heating/cooling and living room area gives the student more common living spaces with four roommates. individual heat/air-conditioner units, telephone and cablevision jacks, and dishwashers.

Residency Requirements

Assignments to these 20 units are based on first come/first serve and the following criteria: 21years of age or older, Junior, Senior or Graduate students, 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher, and no formal discipline record. All utilities are included.
