local address. Parents (or anyone else) may not receive
specific information about a student's bill per federal
regulations on the right to privacy.
Any check returned or
refused by your bank will result in a $30 charge. Payments
received after the due date printed on the bill WILL be
assessed a $50 late payment fee, and you must re-register for your

Registration Cancellation and Withdrawal
(Withdrawal
Dates)
Non attendance does not relieve you of your financial
obligation or entitle you to a refund.
Students
who have confirmed or validated their registrations must officially
withdraw from the university if they decide not to attend APSU.
The charges on
your bill remain your obligation unless you properly
withdraw from the University. If you withdraw before
the first day of class, you will not incur tuition liability. After that, you
will be held responsible for the charges in accordance with
the refund schedule.
