Reminder: GIS Clinic

The GIS Center is conducting a GIS Clinic on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in MC205C. Anyone interested in or currently using GIS is welcome. This clinic is designed to assist students in their GIS studies and to further their GIS knowledge. It will also facilitate faculty with an open discussion forum in utilizing GIS for their research.

Lady Govs Basketball Saturday at 7 p.m. vs. MIDDLE TENNESSEE

Study Abroad Program in Spain

The fall orientation meeting for the summer in Spain will be this Saturday,at 1:00 in UC 305. Students attending the program will spend 3 weeks in Madrid and 1 week in the Mediterranean city of Alicante. The program is all-inclusive.

Call for Library Athenaeum Proposals

Faculty, emeriti, staff, students, alumni and community members are encouraged to present at the Library Athenaeum, the purpose of which is to host events that promote and enhance the intellectual life of the University and the region. Events include presentations, lectures, panel discussions, debates, performances, readings, and the like. Proposals may be submitted via the web form by Dec. 18.

The Burnout. 2009 Bouldering Competition is this Saturday, Nov. 21 at 11:00 a.m. at the Foy Center. Sign-up todayregistration is $25 and the first 20 participants receive a free t-shirt!
